In human resource management,the most critical problem is how to effectively allocate employees,whether can carry out reasonable allocation of employees,and the success and failure of the company is closely related.Therefore,if a company wants to achieve sustainable development,it must make a reasonable allocation of employees.Nowadays,with the development of market economy,the competition between enterprises is no longer just a competition of capital and technology,but a competition of talents.As a kind of social resource,human resource is a very important component,which plays a vital role in the sustainable development of enterprises.In China,due to economic and social development,the labor cost of enterprises is rising,while traditional companies have lost the advantage of scale.Scientific development and utilization of all aspects of the enterprise staff,so as to improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise and maximize the benefits brought by the enterprise’s human resources.C Production Company,is a continuous development in the metal mold industry for 20 years.In recent years,the production scale of C Company has expanded rapidly,and rich results have been obtained in innovative research and patented technology.At the same time,due to the impact of the continuous upgrading of the consumption of metal parts,the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the production is also facing serious challenges.This paper takes the production workshop of C manufacturing Company as the research object,based on the theory of human resource allocation,the theory of capacity matching and the theory of man-post matching,and uses the research methods of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire and interview to analyze the problems in the human resource allocation of the production workshop of C manufacturing Company,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Based on the specific situation of the company,some suggestions for improvement are given.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the problems existing in the human resource allocation of the production workshop of C manufacturing company,it is found that the phenomenon of job redundancy in the workshop is common,the production job description is formalized,the job optimization is not normalized,the staff enthusiasm is poor and the job promotion is unclear.(2)The problem of human resource allocation in the production workshop of C Manufacturing Company is caused by the company’s bloated organizational structure and no elimination mechanism;Lack of professional job analysis;Person-post matching is not effective implementation,lack of emphasis on job training;Employee career development planning and construction lag.(3)In the objective of personnel allocation optimization,it is necessary to achieve reasonable layout,appropriate scale and optimization structure.(4)In the optimization of personnel allocation,attention should be paid to the flattening of production organization structure and the optimization of post levels;Optimize the job description and define the relationship between rights and responsibilities;Optimize the person-post matching mechanism and post sequence to build a targeted training system;Improve employee competition mechanism,open up employee growth channel.
