With the deepening of economic globalization,the broad market prospects of the manufacturing industry are also accompanied by the risk of increasing costs and declining profitability,and the market demand is increasingly becoming high-quality and diversified,and with the disappearance of the demographic dividend,the manufacturing industry is also facing a turning point of transformation and upgrading.In the environment of rising manpower products and fierce market competition,it is particularly important for manufacturing enterprises to improve their internal production and operation capabilities and improve production efficiency.Manufacturing enterprises,especially manufacturing enterprises with multi-variety and small batch characteristics,need to take enterprise production as the starting point,technological innovation as the base point,quality assurance as the core,customer demand as the guide,implement process optimization within the enterprise,strengthen the efficient production process,save production costs,coordinate the operation of various processes,in order to seek an efficient business model that meets market demand,and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The key to improving production efficiency,improving product quality,and controlling production costs lies in selecting the optimal production process suitable for the product characteristics of manufacturing enterprises.This paper takes Company J as the research object,uses the process optimization theory,lean production theory and optimal production constraint theory in production process management,and uses the literature research method,in-depth interview method and questionnaire survey method to optimize the production process of Company J.The value chain analysis method is used to analyze the existing production situation,find out the core problems in the production process,which are the material procurement process,the production and manufacturing process,and the quality inspection process,and use the "four clever method" and lean production tool method to optimize the design of the core production process,and put forward the optimization plan for the core problem process,among which the material procurement process adopts specific schemes such as adjusting the organizational structure,optimizing the assessment plan,and introducing the whole process application of the information system.The production and manufacturing process uses the "ECRS" principle to optimize and adjust the existing production process,and the 5S on-site management theory of lean production theory is used to rectify and improve the production workshop.Find out the reasons for the frequent quality problems in the quality inspection process,and strengthen the closed-loop quality inspection of raw materials,processes,complete machines and other links by adjusting the functions of relevant positions,so as to ensure the continuous penetration of the quality inspection process in the pre-production,mid-and post-production stages.The implementation of the optimization plan has improved the procurement,production efficiency and product quality of Company J,and at the same time,with the help of the company’s technical research and development guarantee,human resource guarantee,corporate culture guarantee and brand strategy guarantee,and finally through breaking through the bottleneck link,improving the problem process,improving production efficiency and ensuring the quality of goods,improving the delivery ability and production and operation ability of the enterprise,and ensuring the sustainable and high-quality development of the enterprise.The optimization design scheme proposed for the production process of Company J in this paper can help the enterprise to establish a process optimization system,continuously improve and optimize the cycle in future work,continuously improve production efficiency,and enhance core competitiveness.It is hoped that the production process optimization research in this paper can also play a certain role in reference for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
