| The products of China’s machinery manufacturing industry are single,the innovation ability is insufficient,and the level of industrial structure is low.Learning from the successful cases of production mode transformation of foreign enterprises,implementing lean production mode is the only way for China’s machinery manufacturing enterprises to solve this problems and the transformation and development.In order to reverse the long-term extensive development mode of China’s machinery manufacturing industry,realize the optimal allocation of resources,and promote the transformation and improvement of China’s construction machinery manufacturing industry under the new normal economy,in view of the universality of the lean production mode selected by L company in the current lean production process.This paper provides reference experience for the improvement of production management of similar enterprises.In order to optimize the application of lean production,this paper has made a more complete optimization plan.This paper first introduces the concept of lean production theory and the basic tool of lean production tool theory constructs the knowledge system of lean production tool theory,combines the lean production theory system with practice,introduces the lean production mode implemented by L company in detail,and expounds the corresponding improvement scheme according to the lean principle.Finally,combined with the actual operation of L company,this paper analyzes the lean production management of L company,and concludes that there are some problems in L company,such as unreasonable organizational structure,extensive on-site improvement mode,long product delivery time,and insufficient information application.Finally,Finally,the paper introduces the guarantee measures of lean production,including improving lean culture and organizational structure,and implementing incentive policies. |
