As the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is vigorously promoting the development of prefabricated buildings,meanwhile Autoclaved Aerated Concrete workshops are being shut down because they cannot meet environmental protection requirements,the production order of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete panel have grown rapidly.Those enterprises that can meet environmental protection requirements are represented by T company.With the increasing demand,the T company needs to improve the production management and make aggregrated production plan,so as to scientifically and effectively guide the productive activities of the enterprise.T Company has reached the goal of solving the problem of insufficient production capacity during the peak sales season and untimely response to customers’ needs by using the remaining production capacity,surplus warehousing and unused funds of the same industry in the region,leveraging the overall resources of the Autoclave Aerated Concrete manufacturing industry in the region,building a collaborative production platform with T company as the core to form an industrial manufacturing alliance.It has improved demand forecasting capabilities,enriched channels of T company’s production capacity,promoted equipment utilization and on-time delivery,and finally reached the target of moving up the level of Aggregate production planning.The thesis,taking T company as an example,analysiss the demand of Autoclave Aerated Concrete panels by Time Series Forecasting.The Holt-Winters methods is selected the Forecasting method,which suits T company’s own situation.The article dives deep into how it can optimize the production capacity based on the collaborative production method under the current situation,and then it improved the level of Aggregated production planning.Though researching and analyzing the operation of T company,the thesis has explored,outlined the practical ways for the transition of small and medium-sized basic building materials companies from traditional production management model to modern scientific management,which has certain representation and reference value.
