| Since the 21 st century,weapons and equipment have stepped into modernization,and China’s military development has also been very rapid.The development of missiles is more prominent in this trend,their powerful,high-precision,and cost-effective characteristics make them the mainstream weapons in weapons modernization.However,with the development of technology,the development and production cycle of missiles has been greatly shortened,accompanied by increasing and higher requirements for testing the performance indicators of weapons and equipment.During the production and design stage of missile equipment,various indicators need to be tested,which are of great significance for judging the performance of weapon equipment.Therefore,based on the technical requirements of a certain unit,this article has designed a missile-borne data recorder to achieve the acquisition of 26 channels of analog signals,6 channels of digital signals,and 16 channels of pulse signals on the missile,as well as the landing recovery data.At the same time,a ground receiving station antenna interface is reserved for remote wireless transmission of data in the later stage.According to the technical requirements,an overall design scheme is proposed,and the modular design of the data recorder is carried out from both hardware and software.The hardware circuit includes a power management module,an analog signal acquisition module,a digital signal receiving module,an acquisition and encoding storage module,a USB communication module,a main controller module,and electrical interfaces;the software design includes acquisition logic,data cache logic,FLASH storage logic,ECC verification of data,and host computer software.High overload resistance simulation was conducted using ANSYS.The finite element simulation method was used to conduct modal analysis,instantaneous modal dynamic response analysis,and acceleration load analysis of the data recorder,which is to verify the high overload resistance performance of the data recorder.Finally,a temperature cycle test was conducted on the recorder to verify the functional integrity and operational reliability of the data recorder under high and low temperature environments,providing data support for equipment performance analysis and subsequent upgrades.The experimental data of the data recorder also showed that it fully meets the design and usage requirements. |
