As one of the most commonly used measuring instruments, digital storageoscilloscope plays a very important role in the various test areas. The design andimplementation of the high-speed data acquisition system is the most central part of thedesign of the digital storage oscilloscope, and its performance directly determines thequality of digital storage oscilloscope.According to the design specifications, a design scheme of hardware circuit of thedata acquisition system of digital storage oscilloscope is presented in this paper. Amodular design conception is adopted in this system, the key modules of the high-speeddata acquisition system are achieved, and the problems were analyzed during the circuitdesign and debugging, and some practical measures are proposed. The main contents ofthis paper include:1. The overall design of the high-speed data acquisition system: The paralleltime-interleaved sampling technique is used in this system, and the real-time samplingrate reaches6GSPS thanks to the mosaic method of two ADCs.2. The detailed design of the high-speed data acquisition system: the design of thehigh-speed ADC system based on time-interleaved sampling structure, the analysis anddesign of high-speed sampling clock circuit, the high-speed storage circuit design andthe design of power modules.3. Finally, combined with this project, the problems of signal integrity in thehigh-speed printed circuit board are analyzed in this paper. The problems encountered inthe system debugging are proposed and some measures to ensure the stable operation ofthe entire circuit system are given.
