Abstract/Summary:
In the process of research and development,projectile weapons need to carry out a large number of tests to verify whether various performance meets the design indicators,the projectile storage test technology has a wide range of applications in projectile flight testing,and its test data is of great significance to master the dynamic parameters and environmental parameters of the projectiles during flight.Combined with the actual needs and the characteristics of the existing storage test system,for the measurement and control requirements of a small shell,a type of bullet multi-parameter measurement and control system under high overload conditions is developed.The system is uniquely designed through ignition signal anti-jamming detection trigger,attitude signal multichannel acquisition,structural impact resistance,etc.,and can record the six-axis attitude signal,three-way pressure signal,ignition trigger signal and ignition current detection signal in real time,and ensure the data integrity after the shell recovery.The developed system can collect 11 parameters at a sample rate of 10 KHz and save more than 1MB of data under high overload conditions of more than 10000 g.Analysis bullet body in different stages of the motion characteristics to develop the acquisition scheme,hardware selection to STM32 as the main control chip,storage media to choose the power loss without loss Flash chip,designed the system’s internal storage circuit,the software using "ping-pong cache algorithm" to solve the real-time acquisition of data storage when the RAM memory overflow problem,the structure of the use of buffering and glue filling technology combined program to improve impact performance,design a recycled ejector data recorder.In order to verify the feasibility of the measurement and control system,the various modules in the system are individually tested,the test results are used to meet the design requirements of the system,and then the live-fire test shows that the system can accurately and completely record 11 data under the condition of high overload of more than 10000 g,and complete the secondary ignition control.
