| Industry 4.0 requires China’s engineering construction to stride forward to high quality development,mechanical and electrical installation engineering,as an important part of the mechanical and electrical industry,must realize a high level of standardization in the rapid development of national economy.At present,many enterprises have developed a standardized work system,but only the establishment of a standardized system is not enough to promote the long-term development of enterprises.Only in accordance with the changes in the industry and the actual situation of enterprises,continuous improvement and strict implementation can make the effectiveness of the standardization system play to the maximum.This paper focuses on the standardization work status of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of S enterprise,and optimizes and improves its standardization system,so as to promote the sustainable development of S enterprise in engineering quality,construction safety and social benefits.First of all,through field research and questionnaire survey of S enterprise,this paper finds out the problems existing in its mechanical and electrical installation engineering standardization system,and expounds the problems from the aspects of basic management,project quality,construction site,construction process and information technology.According to the 5M1 E method,the causes of standardization system problems are analyzed,and the root causes of problems are understood from many aspects.Secondly,the optimization scheme is proposed for the above five aspects.The implementation of the optimization scheme follows the PDCA cycle theory.The basic management is divided into personnel management,system management,equipment and material management to develop optimization measures;The whole construction process is decomposed by WBS work decomposition method,and the standardized quality control measures are put forward.7S site management method was used to carry out standardization work rectification on the construction site.In the construction process of ECRS analysis of the construction process,and improve the construction method and construction schedule standards;Based on the analysis of key success factors,the strategic consistency model was established and the standardized information system of mechanical and electrical installation engineering was designed.Finally,a standardization evaluation model based on entropy weight and undetermined measure theory is established to analyze the data of enterprise standardization before and after optimization.The change of standardization evaluation level can show that the optimization work has a good improvement effect.In this paper,a variety of methods and models are used to improve the standardization system of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of S enterprise.Based on the scientific theory and the actual situation of the enterprise,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the enterprise.The standardization system optimization measures can not only improve the quality and efficiency of the engineering construction of S enterprise,but also have reference value for the development of other enterprises and industries. |
