In recent years,prefabricated construction technology,as a new building technology,has developed rapidly under the strong support of the state.Compared with traditional building construction,prefabricated construction is relatively environmentally friendly and has low building energy consumption.However,due to the complexity of prefabricated building components and high production and design standards,the prefabricated construction in our country is not precise enough,management is not standardized enough,and the coordination ability of the project participants is not strong.However,BIM technology,as a product of the informatization development of the construction industry,is not only used to establish a three-dimensional construction model or to perform collision inspections to complete the in-depth design,but more importantly,to use the BIM informatization digital model to provide a resource sharing platform for all project participants.Realize the refined management of the whole process of project construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the application of BIM technology in assembly construction of installation engineering.This paper takes the prefabricated construction phase of the electromechanical installation engineering of a hospital’s general ward as the specific research object,and studies the application of BIM technology in the prefabricated construction of electromechanical installation engineering.The main research content includes the following aspects:First,research the related literature of BIM technology + prefabricated construction,and analyze the problems existing in prefabricated construction of electromechanical installation engineering combined with the characteristics of prefabricated construction in our country and the development status.At the same time,it analyzes the characteristics of BIM technology and its application process in prefabricated construction,and discusses the application advantages of BIM technology in detail for the problems of prefabricated construction of electromechanical installation engineering.First,research the related literature of BIM technology + prefabricated construction,analyze the problems existing in prefabricated construction of electromechanical installation engineering,and discuss the application advantages of BIM technology.Then,taking the prefabricated construction stage as the research object,the BIM model was established and combined with the on-site construction,and the prefabrication processing,component transportation and hoisting,construction safety management,quality management,and schedule management of the prefabricated construction of the mechanical and electrical installation engineering were constructed.And the application system in cost management.Finally,taking the actual assembly construction of electromechanical installation engineering as an example,the application of BIM technology in assembly construction of electromechanical installation engineering is demonstrated and analyzed.Through the application of BIM technology in the prefabricated construction of mechanical and electrical installation projects,the combination of informatization and industrialization of building production is effectively realized.Avoid errors,omissions or inefficiencies due to the inconsistency of the project participants;reduce rework and material waste caused by errors and mistakes;save time and costs,ensure construction quality,and improve construction efficiency,To provide reference for future assembly-type engineering construction.
