This paper discussed the process and technology of electromechanical equipment installation of Hydropower station under the specific conditions, based on the practice of Dongqing Hydropower installation of electromechanical equipment, with the testing of installation quality of water-turbine generator unit and auxiliary equipment. Take number one unit as an example, conducted a test run.Dongqing Hydropower is the third step approved by the State "Beipanjiang River Planning Report (below MaoKou)", which joint hang together with MaMaYa step in the upper, and reaches of Red River Longtan hydropower station in the lower. Planning the normal pool level is490m, joined with the previous step. Installed capacity of power station is880MW(4*220MW); the recent contribute to172MW; average generating capacity is3.026,000,000kW.h; annual utilization hours is3439h. Dongqing Hydropower is in the center of Thermal Power based "Liupanshui, Anshun, Qianxinan", located in the energy flows forward position of "electric is sent from Qian to Yue", with excellent condition of transmission short distance. After the completion of Hydropower, it can combined operator with Hang Hau thermal power station to achieve equilibrium of Hydro-thermal, and it can improve the quality of power supply for the Guizhou grid, optimize the power structure and reduce environmental pollution.The power plant is composed by the dam, spillway systems, water diversion system, power house and switch station. The dam is a rockfill dam. Water diversion and power generation system are ground plants from four holes four floor. The powerhouse are ground plants, composed by Loading and unloading plants, left installed and host rooms. Modification is in upstream of main auxiliary powerhouse, and tail water system is made up of draft tube, the exit gate. The project construction include four sets of Francis turbine and its ancillary equipment (including units+X axis from12.3m to the upstream pressure steel pipe and welded steel pipe upstream pressure; unit governor, Governor oil pressure unit, the cylindrical valve hydraulic device, oil spills device, automation components and operating system, etc.). Four sets of single220MW for Hydro-generator and auxiliary equipment (Installation of stator installation support Pier production, Stator field Park, laminated, rolled off and rotor assembly, Generating units excitation system, automation components, etc.); Installation of auxiliary equipment and piping for hydraulic machinery system engineering (mainly including:whole plant turbine oil, insulating oil, water supply, infiltration leakage and maintenance of drainage, low pressure compressed air, power plants and hydraulic measurement system equipment and piping, automation components, etc.); In-plant lift equipment installation engineering. Generator voltage equipment (Generator neutral point device) installation engineering; Four500kV,250MVA three-phase oil-cooled neutral point of power transformer and its equipment installation engineering;500kV SF6and SF6full closed combination electric pipeline installation engineering;500kV outlet equipment installation; And factory installation of high and low voltage auxiliary power system, grounding installation engineering, and factory lighting installation.In this paper, we focus on installation and debugging of the electromechanical equipment of hydropower station, summarized the device installation process, process engineering and testing methods, and meanwhile the quality was tested through pilot projects. The paper will be able to provide for future installation of electromechanical equipment of hydropower station with practical reference value.
