Research On The Policy Effects And Optimization Countermeasures Of Promoting The Transformation And Upgrading Of Construction Industry In Tai’an City

At this stage,the speed of global economic development is gradually slowing down,and the dividends of the third technological revolution are gradually declining.From a macro perspective,China’s economy is in a transformation stage of improving quality and efficiency,and the elements and models of economic growth are undergoing changes.Adjusting the industrial structure,transforming growth patterns,and promoting the strength and effectiveness of technological innovation will become a key factor in determining the quality of regional economic development.The construction industry has always been one of the main forces in the economic development of Tai’an City.Studying and analyzing the policy effects of promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Tai’an City and further proposing suggestions for optimizing the transformation and upgrading policies of the construction industry in Tai’an City have important practical significance for the local economic and social development.This article elaborates on the relevant concepts of the construction industry and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,as well as the relevant theoretical foundations of industrial transformation and industrial structure optimization.It comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research,interviews,comparative analysis,and other research methods to conduct a attribution analysis of the relevant policies for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Tai’an City,study the implementation overview and preliminary results of the relevant policies,and discover the difficulties faced by the current policies,Compare and absorb the policies and enlightenment of other local governments to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and finally conclude and propose corresponding suggestions for the transformation and upgrading policies of the construction industry in Tai’an City.The study found that Tai’an City has achieved some positive results in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in terms of prefabricated buildings and energy-saving transformation,but there are still problems such as insufficient attention paid by construction enterprises,a single type of construction industry enterprises,large constraints on the industry’s development environment,and weak technological innovation capabilities.The reasons for the current policy dilemma were analyzed in depth.Through comparative analysis and learning from the advanced experiences of Zhengzhou City,Suzhou City,Hebei Province,and other regions,and obtaining relevant inspiration,the final recommendations are made in various aspects: first,clarify the overall policy and specific target positioning;second,improve and encourage the innovative development of construction enterprises,attract construction enterprises to participate in new fields,strengthen the cultivation of advantageous enterprises,pilot project general contracting,improve integrated engineering consulting and other basic policy systems,The third is to create a supporting policy system to improve the assembly type construction capacity,promote the application of smart construction sites,build an intelligent manufacturing application system,and expand green construction.The fourth is to establish organizational guidance,normative support,and self-discipline guidance safeguards,optimize the transformation and upgrading policies of the construction industry in Tai’an City in multiple aspects,effectively combine the local reality and development theory of Tai’an City,and systematically optimize the transformation and upgrading policies of the construction industry in Tai’an City according to local conditions.
