Research On The Evaluation Of Competitiveness Of Chinese Construction Enterprises Under The Background Of Transformation And Upgrading

Since the reform and opening up,my country’s construction industry has made great progress in many aspects,such as the continuous expansion of the market scale,the optimization of the industrial structure,and the improvement of the technical level to a certain extent.The construction industry has made great contributions to the economic and social development of our country.However,with the rapid development of my country’s construction industry,it is also faced with many practical problems such as unbalanced development speed and quality,and low level of refined management.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "my country’s economy has shifted from a stage of highspeed growth to a stage of high-quality development,and is currently in a period of tackling key problems in transforming the development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum." The era when the construction industry achieved rapid development only by expanding its scale has passed.At present,the construction industry needs continuous transformation and upgrading to meet the needs of industry development.As the main object of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,construction companies need to actively explore how to improve their competitiveness in accordance with the development requirements of the times.An objective and effective evaluation of the strength of construction companies is the key to enhancing their competitiveness.Therefore,how to combine the background of transformation and upgrading to build a relatively complete evaluation system for the competitiveness of construction enterprises,so that Chinese construction enterprises can clearly understand the advantages and disadvantages of their own competitiveness,and make targeted adjustments and improvements.Especially important.The research content of this article includes the following four parts.First,this article defines the concept of transformation and upgrading and the competitiveness of construction enterprises,and analyzes the factors that affect the competitiveness of construction enterprises based on the background of transformation and upgrading.Secondly,using the BP neural network to evaluate the competitiveness of construction enterprises through the analogy of the evaluation methods of construction enterprises’ competitiveness.Established a construction enterprise competitiveness evaluation system,divided the evaluation dimensions into market and scale competitiveness,economic benefit competitiveness,resource management competitiveness,technological innovation and management competitiveness,and adopted expert survey methods and questionnaire survey reliability and validity tests Two rounds of adjustments and improvements were made to the indicator system.Subsequently,32 listed construction companies were selected as empirical samples in the empirical research part,and relevant data of the empirical samples from 2017 to 2019 were collected through various channels such as Sina,Oriental Fortune,Juchao,and Wanfang Patent Database.The neural network toolbox in Matlab software was used to realize the process of establishing,training,and evaluating the evaluation model.Four construction companies were randomly selected as test samples to test the stability of the neural network model.The test results indicate the evaluation index system.It has good applicability with BP neural network model.Finally,perform a horizontal analysis based on the competitiveness value output by the BP neural network model of construction enterprise competitiveness in 2019,and conduct a longitudinal analysis of the competitiveness trend of the evaluation results output by the BP neural network model of construction enterprise competitiveness in 2017-2019,and according to the analysis results Propose horizontal and vertical countermeasures.In addition,the extended application of the BP neural network evaluation method is described.The main value of this paper is to combine the era background of transformation and upgrading and the policies issued by the country,and strictly follow the principle of index system construction to construct the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of my country’s construction enterprises.The application of BP neural network to the research on the competitiveness of construction enterprises not only enriches the theoretical research on the competitiveness of construction enterprises to a certain extent,but also strengthens the objective and authentic evaluation of the competitiveness of construction enterprises.Encourage my country’s construction companies to have a clearer understanding of their own competitiveness and their position in the construction market,and take targeted measures to enhance their competitiveness,so as to promote the development of enterprises and enhance their contribution to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
