| With China’s economy entering into the new normal state,the growth of economic got slow down,the investment of construction industry fixed asset began to reduce,and the construction industry value-added growth rate showed a decreasing trend.Driven by the supply-side structural reform policies,the overall transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is in an orderly way.The benign development of construction industry could not be separated from the efforts of all enterprises in the industry.So it is self-evident that the importance of the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,whom with the absolute proportion of quantity and output value in China’s construction enterprises.Compared with the abundant research background of large construction enterprises’ s transformation and upgrading,the research on the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized construction enterprises is seldom mentioned.In consideration of the necessity of its transformation and upgrading,so it is of practical significance to study it.This paper makes a research on the transformation and upgrading strategy of A enterprise with the help of the analysis method of PEST,Porter Five Force model and Boston Matrix,which based on the theoretical of industrial value chain,resource base and enterprise life cycle.Through to analyze the development environment and driving factors of the transformation and upgrading of A enterprise,and internal status quo,main problems,necessity of transformation and upgrading,and other internal and external factors,and combine with the short and medium term transformation and upgrade objectives of the enterprise.Then put forward the five path planning of A enterprise transformation and upgrading: transformation and upgrade path based on industry chain extension;transformation and upgrade path based on business consolidation;transformation and upgrade path based on relational network;transformation and upgrade path based on technological innovation;transformation and upgrade path based on regional characteristic development.With the basic of the above research results,sum up the corresponding short-term and medium-and long-term transformation and upgrading strategies and corresponding safeguard measures of A enterprise,which respective correspondence the different transformation and upgrading periods.The transformation and upgrading strategy include many aspects,such as enterprise strategic management,project management,human resource management,technology application,culture and brand building.The formulation of the strategy is aimed at systematically and reasonably guiding A enterprise to complete the transformation and upgrading work. |
