In recent years,with the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry in China,people have increasingly high requirements for the intelligent cockpit of automobiles.The intellectualization of the cockpit has become one of the standards to measure the cost performance of automobiles.The itel rative speed of updating the smart car cockpit has become a symbol of an enterprise’s technical strength,and the rapid updating iteration of the smart car cockpit can bring more possibilities to the car.All automobile enterprises have invested a lot of money and energy to analyze and sol ve the problem of cockpit project schedule management,develop feasible intelligent cockpit project schedule management plan,ensure the orderly progress of intelligent cockpit project,and improve the competitiveness of products.This paper uses project management methods and tools to study the progress management of A company’s intelligent cockpit project from the perspective of the cockpit project development department.This paper first introduces the current situation of the progress management of the cockpit project of Company A,uses the work breakdown structure and the project schedule to draw a Gantt chart to show the company’s overall project schedule and milestones in the project,and then determines the problems existing in the project through expert interviews.According to the questionnaire method,it determines the two core issues that lead to the project delay:research and development personnel allocation,project needs,and change issues,Then,according to the company’s different allocation of research and development human resources,find the optimal staffing plan from three aspects of cost,project development quality and progress,and analyze the reasons for the change of project requirements in depth,establish a project change management system based on the CMMI structure,and finally find the research and development staffing and demand change solution that can be followed by the intelligent cockpit project schedule management.This paper discusses and analyzes the implementation and project problems of the progress management of the intelligent cockpit project of Company A completely,and provides solutions for other similar projects for key problems,and establishes the implementation standards of the progress management of the intelligent cockpit project of Company A.
