| Project schedule management is carried out around the project schedule,which requires scientific research projects to have a perfect schedule before they are carried out.The purpose of making the plan is to control and save time,and an important feature of the project is to have strict time limit requirements,which shows that it is very important to make the schedule in the project management.The factors affecting the progress usually include human factors,technical factors,financial factors,environmental factors,etc.It is necessary to analyze the progress of scientific research projects,discuss several common planning technologies of progress management,find out the problems in the progress management process of scientific research projects through the key chain,and propose solutions to solve the problems,and conduct comprehensive and timely progress management in the implementation process.With the economic and social development and economic system reform in China,project management as a very important means of modern management methods has been widely used in construction,it,transportation and other industries,attracting people to pay more attention to this new management concept,and more and more attention.At the same time,in the field of management of scientific research projects,people often have trouble that scientific research projects can not be completed on time or in bad condition because of the unreasonable project schedule planning of scientific research projects.Therefore,in the process of implementation of scientific research projects,people begin to attach importance to the application of project management technology.Based on the above background,this paper studies the L scientific research project of MBER department.Mber is the only national technical institution engaged in legal measurement in the transportation industry,which is responsible for the measurement verification,calibration and testing tasks of National Road and bridge testing equipment.Scientific research in this department takes a large proportion.This study attempts to use the relevant theories and tools of project management,and combines the requirements of MBER department schedule management and the author’s practical work experience to analyze the L scientific research project of the Department,find out the problems in the schedule management of the project,analyze the causes of the problems,and further put forward specific methods to improve the schedule control of the project.This study is helpful to ensure the high-quality completion of the project while formulating the standard project schedule,so as to improve the project implementation efficiency of MBER department,and at the same time,it can provide experience support for other brother units,and gradually become the benchmark of traffic measurement industry. |
