| In the past ten years,the competitive landscape of the construction machinery industry has been intensifying day by day.The transformation and upgrading of China’s economy and the One Belt One Road initiative will surely bring new growth opportunities to the low-end market.It is the future strategic goal of all construction machinery companies to seize the relevant regional markets covered by China and the One Belt One Road initiative.As a leading company in the industry,Company C is under different levels of competitive pressure.It is difficult to achieve a balance between the cost control of the product and the choice of quality requirements,so it is in a passive position in the progress of the iterative update of new products.Therefore,under the strategic promotion of the C company brand,speeding up the development of low-cost medium-duty loaders and shortening the development cycle of its new products is the basis for supporting all strategies in the low-end market.Different industries have their own unique processes for new product development.Therefore,large multinational companies must adjust their company’s inherent new product development process and cycle in accordance with their actual conditions and the needs of the external environment.Therefore,they must adapt to China’s national conditions in terms of process management,schedule and control,and quality requirements.The thorough localization and localization are the key to the success of new product development projects.Firstly,this article systematically introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of schedule management.Based on the status quo of C company,taking the new product development project of medium-sized loaders as the object,research and application of the process and method of schedule control management in project management,to solve the current problems of some foreign-funded companies in the development of new project schedule management.Then it briefly summarizes and analyzes the company C itself and its industry.analyzes the company’s current problems in the schedule management process during the development of new projects,and expounds the author’s solutions to related problems and ideas.Then,taking a new product development project of a medium-sized loader of C company as an example,the project was briefly introduced.According to the theory of project schedule management,the project schedule was planned,the process was optimized and output,and the application was described.The method of project schedule control,as well as the measures to prevent the project schedule from being overdue,if there is a schedule change,how to analyze and the response method to be adopted.Finally,I made a brief summary of this article,expounded the effect of this research and optimization,and also pointed out the shortcomings and room for improvement,then looked forward to the future,and finally decided on the research of this project.Conclusions,hope to provide a reference for the similar products companies in the research of project development progress management. |
