As an important part of China’s modern energy system,nuclear energy is playing a more and more important role in helping the construction of ecological civilization,promoting its sustainable development,enhancing the energy support,ensuring the energy security,realizing the energy transformation,improving the quality and efficiency of economic development,enhancing China’s discourse power in global energy governance,and fulfilling the promises of major powers.As a power production enterprise,CNLNPC has been established for more than ten years,but its main business,nuclear power generation,has just started construction,so it has strong plasticity.In order to implement the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,implement the deployment of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,ensure the company’s continuous competitiveness,and build the high-quality benchmarking project,CNLNPC needs to adjust and formulate a new development strategy in time to ensure that it can serve as an effective guidance and adapt to the changes of the external environment in a timely manner.This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical and research results at home and abroad.Through the investigation and study of the development status of CNLNPC,the existing problems of the strategy of CNLNPC are obtained.With the help of PEST and SWOT analysis methods,the strategic environment of CNLNPC was comprehensively analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of CNLNPC were found out.Through the SWOT analysis matrix,the company’s development strategy positioning was carried out.On this basis,the principles and strategic objectives of the development strategy of CNLNPC were clarified and the strategic plan of CNLNPC was adjusted according to the mission and vision of CNLNPC.Finally,a series of guarantee measures have been set down to ensure the implementation of the development strategy,so that the company can seize opportunities in the reform and development of domestic nuclear power industry,expand development space,actively transform and upgrade,form its core advantages and improve the long-term profitability,and provide reference for the development of similar companies in the industry.
