| With the rapid development of experience economy,the pursuit of consumers has gradually shifted from single demand to the pursuit of higher spiritual demands.This demand has profoundly changed the performance and profit model of the wellness space,whose transformation is accelerated to be more experience-oriented.This paper takes the experience as the research object,combines the field theory and the experience design theory,constructs the experience model of the new wellness space and guides the design practice.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of wellness industry and space experience design at home and abroad and summarize the corresponding research methods and frameworks.Then the concept of experience design of new wellness space is defined academically.The application of field theory in the field of design is studied to clarify the feasibility and effectiveness.The inspiration is given from the perspective of taking the subject as the center.It includes insight into consumer characteristics and needs,triggering consumers’ sensory cognition and value recognition,guiding consumers’ interactive behavior and emotional experience,and strengthening the spread of wellness brand concepts and cultural precipitation.Based on the experience EEI model and the construction model of field theory under the space problem,this paper established a new wellness space experience model,which divided the wellness experience into three stages.Through case study and interviews,experience elements were obtained,and the specific contents of secondary elements were summarized through card classification.Then the experience model was determined.After that,a workshop was held to optimize the experience model,according to which,the design strategy framework is proposed to establish a positive impression,a distinctive theme and a lasting memory.Finally,taking the strategy framework as a reference,guide the specific design practice.From the perspective of field theory,this paper has established an overall and continuous experience design strategy for the owner of the new health care space,namely,the service provider,and also provided a reference and research idea for the application of field theory in the field of design,health care space experience design strategy,health care concept dissemination and other aspects of research... |
