As the product of the development of human civilization,the museum is a recording place for the development of a country and its national culture.There are many objective problems in the field of contemporary museum exhibition,such as increasing number,confusion of ideas,visual supremacy and form difference.In this context,the author found out by chance that the mobilization of the audience's desire to experience during the exhibition could stimulate the body perception,improve the understanding of the exhibits,and generate the dialogue between people and the exhibits.As an important research part in the field of design,the body is closely related to the social background,and the research Angle has been constantly improved.The body is the material existence that everyone is born with and accompanies for a lifetime,and the interaction between people and the outside world is based on the body.In addition to the visual,formal and technical control of contemporary museums,a focus on the body can add universal human value to museum design.Body experience is a way of experience involving subjective actions and cognition of the audience.Body theory believes that the body is affected by environmental stimuli,physiological conditions and cognitive processes,while experience mainly depends on people's cognition and actions of things.The audience's cognition of the museumenvironment directly affects the audience's physical experience,which in turn affects the audience's secondary cognition of the museum space.The generation and change of physical experience is expressed by the individual's facial expression,voice tone or body posture,which provides observable external conditions for studying the audience's understanding of the exhibits.Therefore,the body theory is introduced into the research field of museum exhibition space design,and the exhibition space design based on the cognitive characteristics of the audience's body experience is more targeted and effective.This paper tries to explore the possibility of body and exhibition space from the perspective of body from the perspective of regression.The second chapter introduces the body theory knowledge related to this study,including the five perceptual systems of James Gibson and the body cognition theory,which is very important in the body research.It is concluded that there are four levels of correlation between them and exhibition space: perception layer,experience layer,action layer and cognitive layer.According to the results obtained,the necessity of space body experience research is summarized.The third chapter is based on the body theory to analyze the space experience,including the way and mode of body experience,as well as the discussion of the constituent mode between the two.The fourth chapter conducts research and investigation on actual museums,selects suzhou museum and Shanghai museum of glass,designs and issues questionnaires,sorts out and analyzes audiences' body experience evaluation on these two museums,extracts the influencing factors,and discusses the development trend of exhibition space experience based on body theory and research results.The fifth chapter from the reinforcement of perceptual experience.This paper studies and discusses the design strategy of exhibition space from the aspects of stimulating audience interaction and participation and improving exhibition narrative.The sixth chapter is about the practical application of the design strategy and the renovation design of Shanghai museum of glass.
