Construction Of Cultural Heritage System And Study Of Conservation Strategy In The Gansu Section Of The Yellow River Basin

At present,the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin has been elevated to a national strategy,and the planning for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in Gansu Province is in full swing.The plan for the protection and utilisation of the material cultural heritage of the Yellow River has been prepared and introduced,and it is planned that by 2025,the province will initially build a cultural heritage value interpretation system with distinctive Gansu characteristics and Yellow River features.Combined with the background of the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin and the protection and utilisation plan of the Yellow River cultural heritage in Gansu Province,it focuses on the material cultural heritage of the Gansu section of the Yellow River basin,combing the material cultural heritage resources from the perspective of value perception from top to bottom,summarising the cultural heritage connotation,exploring the cultural heritage system of the Gansu section of the Yellow River basin based on the cultural heritage connotation perception;linking the apparently disorganised but intrinsically logical heritage through cultural attributes The cultural attributes of the heritage are linked together to create a systematic and reliable outline of the cultural story of the Yellow River in Gansu.This will improve the existing heritage system’s lack of cultural connotation,make up for the lack of overall protection of cultural heritage,and break through the limitations of studying only one type or level of heritage,and promote the systematic protection and utilisation of the cultural heritage of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin.The article presents a comprehensive overview of the tangible cultural heritage of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin from two levels: time and space,Based on the value features,nine heritage connotations are summarised: ancestral culture,farming and herding culture,camp culture,burial culture,education culture,art culture,religious culture,red culture and Yellow River management culture.Based on the theoretical framework of cultural heritage-cultural heritage thematic features-cultural connotations,the cultural heritage system of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin,consisting of nine cultural connotations and 20 cultural themes,was constructed.With the help of relevant historical data,the historical and cultural development of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin has been sorted out,and it is found that the culture that sprouted in this regional environment continues to be in the process of dynamic evolution,and the components of the heritage system are constantly updated with the changes in time and space.The first to emerge was the ancestral culture associated with the ancestors of China and the origins of mankind;then,as mankind developed,the culture of agriculture and herding,the culture of burial and the culture of ruling the Yellow River emerged;after the change of time and the emergence of the concept of the state,the culture of camping,education,art and religion gradually emerged,with the feudal administration system as the background and the fusion and exchange of ideas and arts as the focus;until In modern times,in the struggle of the Chinese people to defend their country,the Red Culture was born,led by the Chinese Communist Party to a new stage of independence and autonomy.These cultural elements systematically link the historical and cultural stories of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin,establishing a relatively complete and authentic interpretation system of the cultural characteristics of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin.On this basis,the spatial distribution characteristics of the cultural heritage of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin are further analysed.The article concludes with a study on the conservation strategy of cultural heritage in Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin at two levels: regional conservation as a whole and connotative conservation by category,and establishes a spatial pattern of regional conservation as a whole and a framework for the development of cultural heritage by category in Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin.This study aims to provide a reference for the relevant planning departments of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin to carry out heritage conservation and utilization planning,and to provide reference for the integration and utilization of cultural resources in other cities in the Yellow River Basin.
