With the continuous improvement of Chinese residents’ income level and the reconstruction of consumption form due to the development of Internet, the consumption demand relying on the cold chain logistics network continues to rise.In stark contrast, the development level of cold chain logistics is relatively backward and unevenly distributed.Such incremental market status brings new opportunities for the development of cold chain logistics enterprises. As one of the representatives of high energy consumption in the logistics industry, cold chain logistics is faced with the problem that it needs to constantly explore its own industrial structure adjustment and optimization and accelerate low-carbon development in the era of energy conservation and emission reduction. Therefore, when planning cold chain logistics nodes, cold chain logistics enterprises should not only systematically consider from the point of view of logistics node system,so that the distribution of logistics nodes in the cold chain logistics network is reasonable, but also improve the level of logistics management, fully consider the actual situation,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of cold chain logistics; To the lowest possible operating cost, reduce carbon emissions, reduce the loss of metamorphism of goods, improve the cold chain logistics enterprises own competitiveness, service level, while leading to the high quality development of cold chain logistics. At present, the problem of cold chain logistics node location has attracted wide attention. This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the relevant research results of cold chain logistics, low carbon logistics and site selection at home and abroad.Next, the relevant theories of logistics nodes, logistics center location, low carbon logistics, cold chain logistics and genetic algorithm are introduced and analyzed. Then combined with the actual situation, this paper studies a typical cold chain logistics network including supply points, logistics centers, distribution centers, demand points, and constructs the total cost under the condition of uncertain demand including logistics center, distribution center fixed cost, transit cost, transportation cost, logistics center, distribution center refrigeration cost, vehicle cooling cost, loading and unloading process cooling cost, cargo deterioration loss cost, carbon emission cost of cold chain logistics center location random chance constraint planning model, and the random chance constraint equivalent transformation, making the model more convenient to solve. Then the genetic algorithm is designed for the 0-1 nonlinear mixed integer programming model after transformation. Finally, this paper introduces the actual data, considering the use of three typical cold chain trucks(fuel, hybrid, pure electricity)in line with the current development trend for transportation, distribution, and the use of Matlab programming solution to each situation, through the comparative analysis of the cost of each situation and parameter sensitivity analysis, obtained the optimized location results and some suggestions for cold chain logistics enterprises. It provides a new theoretical support for cold chain enterprises to select the location of logistics center.
