In recent years,the cold chain logistics of city has been developing rapidly.Cold chain logistics joint distribution under B2B mode has been relatively mature,but cold-chain logistics cost is high,occupying a larger proportion of the total logistics cost,with lots of problem.At present,the research of urban cold chain logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem is not sufficient,being not effectively linked cold-chain logistics enterprise's actual operation to translate from theory to actual.This article comprehensively analyses the influence factors of cold chain logistics vehicle scheduling plan,aiming to instruct the logistics enterprises to make reasonable and scientific vehicle scheduling plan,mainly consisting the following several aspects.(1)This article not only systematically sums up the characteristics of cold chain logistics,the time window and the function of cold chain products life cycle,but also the operation mode of urban cold chain joint distribution,to lay a theoretical foundation for the further research.(2)To establish one-way vehicle scheduling model of urban cold-chain logistics joint distribution,pursuing the minimum dispatch cost through the analysis of influencing factors.To establish a dynamic demand model of vehicle scheduling,taking into account the dynamic characteristics of customer requirements in the actual distribution activities.At the same time,an example is given to verify the rationality of the vehicle scheduling model.(3)To set up two-way vehicle scheduling model on the basis of one-way vehicle scheduling problem,analyzing the cost of transport and punishment to be amended,with introducing the concept of recovery function.(4)Depending on a cold chain logistics enterprise of Beijing city as an example analysis,to apply the model proposed above to practical problem.Solving the static vehicle model using improved genetic algorithm,based on the actual distribution of the logistics enterprise business data,then using the insertion method to realize the real time update of dynamic vehicle scheduling needs,to provide scientific and reasonable vehicle scheduling scheme finally.
