| In order to slow down global warming,China has put forward two goals of "carbon neutralization" and "carbon peaking" to limit carbon dioxide emissions. In the distribution link of cold chain logistics, there will be a lot of carbon emissions, which is contrary to China’s "double carbon" goal. Therefore, this paper has built a low carbon perspective of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model, with a view to reducing distribution costs, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing carbon emissions in the distribution process. The research in this paper can not only enrich the research on low-carbon vehicle routing problem to a certain extent, but also provide some help for the actual cold chain logistics companies to reduce distribution costs and energy conservation and emission reduction. It has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existing research results of low-carbon logistics, cold chain logistics and cold chain logistics distribution path optimization at home and abroad, this paper focuses on J Company’s cold chain logistics distribution path optimization.Firstly, the relevant theories of low-carbon logistics, cold chain logistics, vehicle routing optimization and time window are elaborated to provide theoretical support for the research.Secondly,it introduces the background of J Company, analyzes its problems in the cold chain logistics distribution path planning, determines the optimization goal of the model built in this paper according to the existing problems, and analyzes the costs generated in the distribution process in detail, lists the specific calculation formulas of fixed cost, transportation cost, refrigeration cost, cargo damage cost, punishment cost and carbon emission cost,The carbon emission cost is quantified through the carbon tax system. Then, according to the analysis of the distribution cost, under certain assumptions,a cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total distribution cost is constructed, taking customer satisfaction and carbon emissions into account, and an adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the optimization model and the adaptive genetic algorithm, taking the actual distribution data of J Company as an example, the optimization model and the code of the adaptive genetic algorithm designed by using Python language were simulated and optimized, and the differences between the original distribution path and the optimized distribution path of J Company were compared in all aspects. The comparison results show that compared with the original distribution path of J Company, the optimized distribution path has lower total cost, higher customer satisfaction and lower carbon emissions.Optimizing the cold flow logistics distribution path from a low-carbon perspective will not only help reduce the total distribution cost, improve customer satisfaction, but also help reduce the carbon emissions generated in the distribution process.Through empirical test, the optimization model and adaptive genetic algorithm designed in this paper are feasible,so the research results of this paper can not only be applied to J Company, but also have certain reference value for other similar companies.Figure 12 Table 14 Reference 57... |
