As China enters a new stage of development,the consumption structure of urban and rural residents is constantly upgraded,and the demand for cold chain products such as fruits,vegetables,meat,aquatic products,dairy products and biological preparations is growing,and people’s requirements for food are no longer satisfied with simply filling their stomachs,but pay more and more attention to their freshness and nutritional value.Compared with some developed countries,China started late in cold chain logistics,and the front and back-end facilities are not perfect.Many fresh agricultural products do not get standardized insulation,refrigeration and moisturizing in the transportation process,which makes the price and quality unstable.It is estimated that the annual waste of fruits and vegetables due to the "broken chain" of cold chain in China reaches 12 million tons and 130 million tons respectively,causing huge losses to economic development.At the same time,in the context of "double carbon target",cold chain logistics to achieve high-quality development,must take the road of green lowcarbon sustainable development.The green concept has become the new demand of cold chain logistics development,which needs to solve the problems of how to improve the efficiency of distribution,reduce the damage of fresh agricultural products in transportation,reduce the total carbon emission and reduce the cost of cold chain logistics.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh agricultural products.It not only connects the product supply and customer demand points,but also improves the operation efficiency of the whole cold chain logistics network and effectively alleviates the risk of damage and deterioration of fresh agricultural products,so the scientific and reasonable location of the fresh agricultural products cold chain distribution center is conducive to the integration of cold chain logistics resources,promoting the enterprise Therefore,the scientific and reasonable location of the cold chain distribution center for fresh agricultural products is conducive to the integration of cold chain logistics resources,the upgrading and optimization of cold chain logistics and the minimization of logistics costs.In this paper,the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and carbon emission issues are considered comprehensively,and the research on the location of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center is carried out from the goal of cost minimization,specifically,the cost of cargo damage and carbon emission cost of fresh agricultural products in the transportation process are considered in this paper.In constructing the model,the freshness function is introduced.The change of freshness of spoilage of fresh agricultural products is related to time,and different from the general linear relationship,the freshness of fresh agricultural products and time decreases in an exponential relationship.With the increase of time,the freshness of fresh produce starts to decline.The freshness of fresh produce directly affects customers’ impression of the company and its demand;meanwhile,under the background of achieving the "double carbon target",logistics enterprises should accelerate the pace of emission reduction and low carbon transformation,promote the restructuring of cold chain logistics,take the road of green and low carbon development,and achieve healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,the cost of cargo damage and carbon emission cost of fresh agricultural products should be taken into consideration when constructing the site-selection optimization model.Customer demand is an important data for the solution.This paper uses gray prediction theory to predict the future demand of customers based on historical data,and no longer uses the past demand for calculation like the existing literature research.This paper uses immune algorithm to solve and MATLAB software to encode with the constructed objective function of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center.Finally,the model constructed is applied to empirically analyze the site selection problem of T’s fresh produce cold chain logistics distribution center,to provide support for T’s site selection study to determine the best site selection option,to verify the validity of the constructed model and algorithm,and to conduct sensitivity analysis on the relevant parameters affecting total cost,carbon emission cost and cargo loss cost,to provide policy recommendations for future cold chain logistics enterprises in terms of site selection This will provide policy recommendations and management insights for future cold chain logistics enterprises in terms of site selection.
