Since the plan of "13th Five-Year" in China, the development of cold chain logistics has been strongly supported by the state, and a number of policies and regulations have been introduced to ensure and promote the development of cold chain logistics. With the rapid development of China's economy, the quality of life of citizens has been significantly improved, and the demand for food has yet to be improved. In addition,in recent years, frequent incidents of food safety in China also make people more and more concerned about food safety issues. These factors make the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in our country into the fast lane development, and the cold chain logistics and distribution of agricultural products are particularly important. Therefore,it is of great significance for the cold chain logistics to plan scientific, practical and effective distribution routes for fresh agricultural products. In this thesis, the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products is taken as the research object. In the establishment of the distribution path model, the factors of enterprise, customer, economic cost and service satisfaction are comprehensively considered. The main research results of this thesis include:Firstly, construction of cold chain delivery path optimization model for fresh produce. The modeling is based on the general vehicle routing problem model, and considering the consideration of fresh agricultural product quality assurance and energy saving and emission reduction involved in the research problem, the fresh penalty and carbon emission costs are taken into account in the total cost.In addition, the restriction of fresh degree and the maximum working time of fresh agricultural products is increased, making the construction of this model more practical and practical.Secondly, algorithm solution and actual case presentation.Based on the actual situation in Huangpu District of Shanghai, the optimization model of fresh-produce cold-chain delivery route was established, and the original data was processed by k-means clustering. The genetic algorithm was designed to solve the above model. Thus the practicality and rationality of the established model are verified. The purpose of this thesis is to give a new way of thinking to measure the cold chain distribution path optimization model of fresh agricultural products. At the same time, the conclusion of this paper can provide some reference for the optimization of the cold chain distribution path of fresh agricultural products.
