Distribution is an extremely important part of cold chain logistics.During the distribution process, the refrigeration unit will consume more fuel and produce more carbon dioxide due to continuous refrigeration, which makes the cost of distribution high. How to reduce carbon emissions under the premise of ensuring economic benefits is a problem that we strive to solve in cold chain logistics distribution path planning. The distribution situation in real life is more complicated. The current research direction is mostly based on the situation of a single distribution center and each customer is only served once, and this distribution model is difficult to meet all the needs of customers. So this article comprehensively considers a situation that the simultaneous delivery and demand can be split, subdivides the source of carbon emissions in the distribution process and establishes a multi-distribution center cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model, and then uses the optimized ant colony algorithm to find the most excellent distribution plan, which is obtain scientific and effective distribution program. The specific research work is as follows:Based on the characteristics of high energy consumption and high emissions of cold chain logistics, this article first analyzes the sources of carbon emissions in detail, and learns that there are two sources of carbon dioxide emissions during the distribution process: one is the carbon dioxide produced by the vehicle during transportation, and the other is the refrigeration unit carbon dioxide is generated during transportation and waiting for arrival in advance.Secondly, take the vehicle load as the constraint condition, and establish the cold chain logistics distribution route optimization model with the goal of minimizing the sum of fixed cost, fuel cost, carbon emission cost, cargo damage cost and penalty cost. Then improve the state transition probability and update mechanism of the ant colony algorithm and solved the model. Finally,it is verified by calculation examples that considering the cost of carbon emissions can control fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, and further study the impact of different carbon tax systems on path planning. The results show that although the levy of a carbon tax will slightly increase the total cost,it is within the range that the company can accept, and it can effectively reduce fuel costs and carbon emissions.
