| The reconstruction of shanty town is a popular project to effectively solve the problems of people’s travel and housing safety, aiming at the concentrated dangerous old houses left over by history in cities and towns and the old villages and cities with obvious public security risks.Improve the roads, commerce and other infrastructure facilities around the shanty town project. While improving the natural environment and the living environment of the people around the project,it also provides jobs for relevant social employees, solves the pension problems of some families, improves the quality of life of some families, and produces a comprehensive effect conducive to building a harmonious society.By referring to the more scientific theories and methods in the research of project risk management at home and abroad, this paper systematically describes various risk factors in the project from the aspects of risk connotation, risk identification, etc.,and summarizes the relevant methods applicable to this project risk management by using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. At the same time, according to the specific situation of the project and the characteristics of the shanty town reconstruction project, the risk factors in the construction process of the project were evaluated and scored by the expert survey method, with the object of the Lanxi Tieyuan shanty town reconstruction project. The WBS-RBS risk identification matrix was established, and three first level risk indicators and 12 second level risk indicators in the construction process of the Lanxi Tieyuan project were determined. Then, the weight of each risk factor is calculated by constructing a priority relationship judgment matrix and a fuzzy judgment matrix, and the overall risk level of the project during the construction phase is obtained through the fuzzy evaluation of the project risk factor layer. In order to ensure effective risk control of the Lanxi Tieyuan project, corresponding risk response processes have been determined based on the various risk factors present in the project. These processes mainly include: firstly, proposing the basis for risk response, enabling the project to develop practical and feasible risk control plans in the face of various risks during the construction process; The second is to establish a risk response process to ensure that various risk control measures can be implemented according to the plan,in order to reduce project risks to an acceptable level; The third is to develop risk response measures, dividing the 12 secondary risk indicators into three levels: high, medium, and low.Specific risk response measures will be developed from the five aspects of "human, machine, material, law, and environment".By putting forward risk response and safeguard measures for various risks existing in the construction process of the project, effective preventive measures are provided for the risk management of the shanty town reconstruction project. The practical significance of this paper is to systematically analyze the various risks existing in the construction phase of the project, effectively reduce the project risk and reasonably avoid the risk, reasonably control the risk level of the project, standardize the management and construction behavior of the general contractor’s management personnel and operators, and make the reconstruction project of Lanxi Tieyuan shanty town go smoothly.Compared with other housing construction projects, the reconstruction project of Lanxi Tieyuan shanty town has improved the urban landscape and the backward status of infrastructure to a certain extent, and has taken overall consideration of the supporting services and infrastructure conditions in the region. In particular, the implementation of the reconstruction project has adopted the method of attracting investment, which not only saves the financial investment of Xigu District, but also can speed up the pace of urban infrastructure construction and change the urban infrastructure conditions,Improve the functions of urban areas and effectively improve the appearance of previously backward urban areas. |
