| In recent years,with the continuous development of the commercial vehicle industry,the competition among parts suppliers of commercial vehicle has changed from the previous competition in technology to the all-round competition in technology,price,service and so on.With the increasing of dynamic changes in the commercial vehicle industry and the increasingly competition,it is particularly important to use lean production to continuously reduce costs,improve the efficiency of manufacturing production and operation,so as to keep the enterprise continuously competitive in the market.As a commercial vehicle parts assembly plant,C Company has encountered various difficulties and bottlenecks in lean improvement in recent years.Existing lean improvement cannot win a sustainable competitive advantage for the company,therefore optimizing the lean production system and making the lean improvement sustainable is an urgent and important research topic of C Company.First of all,this research conducted interviews with expert groups to identify the current surface problems of lean production in C Company.Secondly,in order to systematically optimize the current lean production system of C Company,this research determined to use a lean evaluation model to systematically analyze the lean problems of C Company based on literature analysis.And based on the existing lean evaluation mode of Corporation A,the research conducted interviews with expert groups,then systematically found out the problems in multiple lean dimensions of the lean production system.And based on the interview results and literature analysis,the problems were divided into two categories:lean management problems and lean technology problems.Thirdly,by analyzing and organizing the interview results,the reasons for lean management problems were divided into four major aspects:lean strategy,lean organization,lean process mechanism,lean skills and personnel development;the reasons for lean technology problems were divided into four aspects:value stream map application,standard tool effectiveness,lean tool standard use,and total productive maintenance.Finally,this research formulates a corresponding solution for each aspect based on literature analysis,literature analysis,and on-site observation.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan for the lean production system,this research also formulates safeguard measures for continuous operation of the lean production system to achieve the goal of continuous improvement.This research sorts out the current situation of lean production application.When enterprises encounter problems in lean promotion,they need to solve them from the aspects of consciousness,organization,culture,system,talent and etc.At the same time,they can use lean system,lean maturity assessment,lean roadmap and other methods to improve.Even in the current trend of intelligent digitalization,lean production is still the foundation of manufacturing,and continuous improvement of lean enables enterprises to maintain sustainable market competitiveness. |
