| With the development of world economic integration,many companies are facing increasingly fierce competition environment,especially in the automotive parts industry.In this environment,how to complete the transformation from "market-oriented" to "customeroriented",and provide customers with better quality and more innovative products under the premise of ensuring the continuous optimization of production and operation costs,is the problem that every enterprise needs to face.Combined with the research status of lean production theory in the worldwide and the practice results of many international multinational manufacturing enterprises for lean production,lean production is an advanced production system which can not only help enterprises to accurately identify customer needs,but also achieve internal cost reduction and efficiency increase,enhance product competitiveness,improve quality,shorten the delivery lead time,to enhance enterprise core competitiveness.Taking T company as an example,this thesis uses the lean production theory,the principle and core content of lean production,the prerequisites for implementing lean production,and comprehensively analyzes the application of lean production in T company.Firstly,it introduces the basic theory of lean production and provides theoretical basis for the thesis.Secondly,it analyzes and evaluates the production status and business process of T company in depth,and use TSQ3.7 production steps as an example to point out the existing problem of its day to day operations management.Finally,in light of the actual production status of T Company,and given the existing problems in organizational structure,shopfloor management,quality management,and production processes,the company’s lean production plan was designed with the guidance of lean production principles,meanwhile this thesis also describes the key steps and essentials to ensure successfully implementation of lean production transformation.The research in this article provides reference for T company in the promotion and implementation of lean production and similar enterprises in lean production transformation. |
