With the deepening of China's lean production and the increase in the scale of introduction,lean production is becoming more and more important to enterprises.In the changing internal and external environmental conditions,it is an urgent demand for enterprises to introduce the lean production and improve lean level by redesign the lean production system.Therefore,the scientific evaluation of lean production level and the comprehensive consideration of the impact of environmental dynamics on the lean production level of enterprises are the important bases for the redesign of lean production systems.The purpose of this paper is to redesign the lean production system of the enterprise,explore the re-design theory of lean production system and the evaluation method of lean rate of enterprises,and try to make lean production more widely used in enterprises.The main research works are as follows:(1)Established the redesign theory of lean production systems.After systematic analysis of the connotation and structure of the enterprise lean production system,proposed the redesign theory of lean production system.For the inside of the enterprise,the lean balance,lean improvement and overall leanness are discussed from three dimensions: point,line and face.For the outside of the enterprise,considering the influence of environmental dynamics,proposed improvement suggestions for the lean production level of the enterprise from the two aspects of market dynamics and technical dynamics,and then,completed the redesign of the lean production system of the enterprise.(2)Proposed the concept of lean rate.In view of the problem of insufficient understanding of lean production by enterprises,the concept of lean rate is proposed.In-depth analyzed the key factors affecting the lean rate of enterprises,used value stream map(VSM)combined with fuzzy neural network method to evaluate the lean rate,and provided a theoretical basis for the lean rate classification.(3)Built the redesign and optimization of lean production system based on environmental dynamics.In view of the complex dynamic environment faced by enterprises,the relationship between environmental dynamics and lean production level was analyzed.The objective measurement method was used to calculate the environmental dynamics.At the same time,the data of 251 listed companies in China from 2014 to 2017 were statistically analyzed in different industries to verify the impact of environmental dynamics on the lean production level of enterprises,and then,the lean production system under environmental dynamics was redesigned and optimized.(4)Developed the lean redesign knowledge management system,and the lean rate of M company was also evaluated.Using the redesign theory of lean production system,the production system of M enterprise was redesigned,and its lean rate score was increased from 55.84 points to 74.06 points,the overall lean rate of the company was increased by 32.6%,which verified the effectiveness of the redesign theory.Based on the related theoretical methods such as lean production and lean evaluation,the redesign theory and lean rate evaluation method of enterprise lean production system were proposed.Through the specific case,the lean production system of M enterprise was redesigned.The research results further enriched the theory and connotation of lean,and provided some reference for the introduction and improvement of lean enterprise.
