Research On The Optimization Of Electric Thermal Film Production Line Of ZH Company

With the rapid development of the global economy,the national investment in energy conservation and environmental protection is also gradually increasing.According to the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction,low-carbon emission reduction and efficient production capacity have become the core ideas of the development of each enterprise.Among them,production line optimization is an important measure for enterprises to improve their own production capacity.Production line optimization is not only a key link in the manufacturing industry,but also an important factor affecting the global industrial development.Efficient production capacity and low cost have also become the primary goal pursued by manufacturing enterprises.In the global economic environment,the research of production line optimization is also an important measure for the sustainable development of enterprises.ZH company is a new type of electric heating products enterprise,its brand electric heating film has been far ahead in the industry,but with the increasingly fierce competition in the market,excessive production demand and increased manufacturing costs are the problems faced by the enterprise now.This thesis takes ZH company electric thermal film production line as the research theme,finds out the problem of electric thermal film production line,and puts forward the targeted optimization scheme.First of all,the data of the electrothermal film manufacturing process was collected,the value flow chart was drawn,and the problems were found in the process imbalance in the production process,the workshop logistics transportation route was complicated,and the production site management was chaotic,and the main causes of the above problems were analyzed.Secondly,using the production line optimization,comprehensive production management,logistics and transportation management and other related theories and methods,put forward the electrothermal film production line optimization scheme and implementation.In terms of the process,the bottleneck simulated the production line,and use “5W1H”and “ECRS” methods to reasonably adjust the PVC operation process,formulate standard working hours by time determination method;in terms of workshop layout,use SLP to analyze the relationship between each area of the workshop,establish a mathematical model to optimize the workshop layout;in the field management,promote the enterprise resource management platform(ERP)and build MES system to build a comprehensive information from the production site to the enterprise upper management,and use 6S management to improve the field operation environment.Finally,through the production beat,equipment utilization,logistics transportation distance index compared to production line improvement effect,through the information system technology,kanban management and the application of 6S management effect comparison evaluation,and from the aspects of personnel,equipment,management,put forward the corresponding safeguard measures,provide support for production line optimization.Through the optimization of the electric thermal film production line,the production efficiency is improved,the production time and labor cost are reduced,and better meet the market demand.
