Study On The Micro Transformation Strategy Of Historic Scenery Area Of Historic And Cultural City In The Background Of Urban Renewal

Our country has promoted urbanization process vigorously since liberation,and urban construction has obtained outstanding performance.With the development of The Times and the progress of the society,many common urban problems have been caused.While solving the problems,the city has gradually changed from incremental development to an era of stock renewal along with the construction of the city.Under the background of urban renewal,the previous methods to solve urban problems have also changed.A famous historical and cultural city is an important cultural heritage,and its historical feature area is the place to retain the city memory and the city imprint.Due to the rapid development and construction of the city,it has experienced a long process of large-scale demolition and construction.Due to the demolition and construction of the original historic areas,many areas have lost their unique cultural characteristics.In order to retain the historical context and cultural value,according to the current city background,Chinese government functional organs have also put forward the policy which is in line with the current city development and construction.Due to the development of the city,after a long time of inheritance and development,there are problems such as environmental degradation,functional structure disorder,parking difficulty and so on.Under the background of the new era of urban development,according to the policy guidance of the government,facing the existing problems in the historical areas of the historical cultural cities,it is the key to put forward the improvement measures.Compared with the single large-scale demolition and construction in the construction of historical feature areas in the past,more attention is paid to the protection,repair,inheritance and development,gradually choosing the way of micro-transformation to promote the development of historical feature areas.Nanjing,the ancient capital,has the reputation of "the ancient capital of six dynasties" and "the capital of ten dynasties".Together with Beijing,Xi ’an and Luoyang,it is called the four ancient capitals of China.As one of the first historical and cultural cities established by the state,it radiates the surrounding areas and forms the Jinling Cultural Circle.Nanjing Liuhe Wenmiao District as a relatively intact historical landscape area,along with the development of the city,there are also problems such as chaotic functional zoning,inadequate infrastructure,street landscape dilapidated.In the new era of urban development,based on the background of urban renewal,this paper selects Nanjing Liuhe Wenmiao District for micro-transformation research.This area is a key protected historical landscape area in Nanjing,and there are many historical protected buildings in this area,which has relatively high historical protection value.After investigation,through the collation and sum of data,the existing problems are analyzed.By using the method and principle of micro-transformation,the paper puts forward the methods to solve the existing problems and the measures to preserve the historical memory and context.The article is divided into six chapters.Based on the needs of The Times and policies,the paper relies on the background of urban renewal,pays attention to the needs of the masses,and takes the historical feature areas in famous historical and cultural cities as the research object to explore.Based on the current situation of historical feature areas in famous historical and cultural cities,this paper focuses on exploring the development of historical feature areas under the background of urban renewal,exploring the significance and principles of micro-transformation,and further leading to the design strategy of micro-transformation.Liuhe Wenmiao District of Nanjing is selected as a typical area among many historical areas.In view of the current problems,using the principle and development mode of micro-transformation,thinking and hoping to provide reference ideas for the protection and improvement of similar historical scenery areas through the proposed protection and renewal measures,finally making a summary,analyzing the shortcomings and looking forward to the future development.
