Research On Diagnosis And Optimization Of BFB Company’s Corporate Culture Based On Denison Model

A good corporate culture can play a role in standardizing behavior,rallying people’s minds,encouraging innovation,mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees,and helping enterprises improve their core competitiveness.BFB has not been established for a long time.In addition,due to environmental protection policies,epidemic situation and other factors in recent years,the company is in a period of strategic transformation.Although it has a certain foundation of corporate culture,there are still many limitations and problems that can not effectively meet the development needs.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the corporate culture of BFB.This thesis first combed the research status of corporate culture at home and abroad,and also learned the diagnosis methods and measurement tools of corporate culture,laying a theoretical foundation for the effective and accurate diagnosis of BFB corporate culture.Then it analyzed the internal and external environment of BFB company’s corporate culture,selected Denison model as the measuring tool,obtained data through field research interviews and questionnaires,and investigated and diagnosed the current situation of BFB company’s corporate culture by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,found problems and analyzed the causes of the problems.Finally,according to BFB’s strategic objectives and company vision,combined with the actual situation,specific corporate culture optimization measures are proposed from the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material aspects,and implementation processes and safeguard measures are formulated to promote the implementation of optimization measures.The research has clarified the ideas and provided methods for the optimization and promotion of BFB company’s corporate culture,so that BFB company’s corporate culture can adapt to the development of the times,achieve the goals of "strengthening the enterprise with culture" and "managing the enterprise with culture",improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and provide reference for the optimization of corporate culture of other small and medium-sized enterprises.
