| Corporate culture is vital to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises,and improve the overall management level of enterprises and the comprehensive quality of employees.Therefore,in the increasingly fierce competition,enterprises urgently need to clarify their own cultural status,identify their shortcomings in cultural construction,and take their shortcomings as the starting point to improve and upgrade their corporate culture construction.X Company is selected as the research object in this thesis.Under the background of the economic new normal,X Company is faced with the task of reform,development and innovation orientation.When implementing the new strategy,corporate culture plays a significant role in supporting and guaranteeing its development process.This thesis first studies the concept,function and role of corporate culture,and then summarizes the corporate culture theory through relevant literature.Based on the detailed analysis of X Company’s operation,history and corporate culture status,Denison Corporate Culture Model is used to diagnose the corporate culture status of X Company.In this model,the author has analyzed the shortcomings of X Company’s corporate culture construction in four dimensions:sense of mission,consistency,participation and adaptability,and analyzed causes for shortcomings.After that,Huawei and Baowu are introduced as benchmark enterprises to analyze their successful experience in corporate culture construction in the above four dimensions.Combined with the actual situation of X Company,good and enforceable improvement strategy for corporate culture construction,safeguard measures and solutions for corporate culture evaluation and supervision are put forward in this thesis.Through this research,the author provides theoretical and practical suggestions for the systematic improvement and promotion of corporate culture of X company,provides reference for the construction of corporate culture for central enterprises in relevant industries,and adds some materials for the research in the field of corporate culture construction.I believe that the research will be more scientific,systematic and reproducible in the future. |
