Research On Organizational Culture Diagnosis Of SH Company Based On Denison’s Model

Abstract/Summary:
Organizational culture is an inevitable requirement of enterprise management.How can an enterprise build a organizational culture in the stage of rapid development? How does the organizational culture promote the development of the enterprise? How to guide employees to be consistent with their words and deeds? These are questions that practice managers often ask themselves.Based on these questions,the purpose and significance of our research is opened.The main method of this research is to use Denison?s organizational culture model,conduct modeling analysis through questionnaires,and complete a comprehensive and accurate measurement of the target company,SH Company’s culture,to find out the internal concerns and external concerns of SH Company’s current culture.Are the main features displayed consistent with the company’s development strategy,and where are the contradictions and conflicts? Is there a balance between organizational culture stability and consistency.Our main purpose is to investigate employees’ understanding and recognition of culture,the deviation of current culture and strategy,the relationship between current culture and corporate performance,etc.,and strive to achieve positive promotion of corporate behavior consistency.Through in-depth interviews and the research tools of the Daniel Denison questionnaire,we formed a set of research results after analysis and found that the four cultural characteristics of SH Company are ranked as: Participation > Mission > Consistency >Adaptability,problems and challenges faced by the company : Consistency,cooperation and cooperation,innovation,organizational learning.The SH organizational culture has certain advantages in terms of ?participation? and ?mission?,indicating that the company has a strong ability to obtain external attention,but it is significantly lower than the average level in terms of ?adaptability?,and the score of ?consistency? dimension is also low.It shows that there are certain problems in the integration of the company’s internal system,organizational structure and process.We analyze and propose solutions to problems through three levels of strategy,personnel and system.Let all employees further understand their core values and purposes,development strategy,mission and vision etc.Establish strategic consistency plans,pay attention to cooperation and implement system supporting plans to make up for the shortcomings of organizational culture.
