Research On YZ Bank's Enterprise Culture Diagnosis Based On Quinn Model

In recent years,under the dual influence of the international trade war and the Internet economy on the real economy,rural banks,which are mainly service oriented entities,are facing more and more market pressures.Especially Internet finance starts to participate in direct competition from the core business of village banks such as deposit,settlement and loan.The situation of village banks can be described as"survival in the crack".In the face of competition,it is very important for the development of village banks to perfect the rules and regulations of enterprises,establish a set of perfect corporate culture to adapt to the development of local enterprises,and provide internal impetus for the development of enterprises in the market.In this paper,the author is familiar with the YZ village bank as a case,using comprehensive through qualitative and quantitative research methods to investigates,analyzes and expounds the real situation of YZ village bank's corporate culture.The author understands the present situation of YZ village bank's corporate culture in detail,and the results show that there are four main problems in corporate culture of banks in YZ villages and towns.1.The lack of innovative incentives in the corporate culture of YZ village banks;2.The YZ village banks lacks of team spirits in the corporate culture;3.The YZ village banks lack of humanistic management in the management style;4,there is a lack of customer service spirit in corporate culture.In addition,according to the problems found in the investigation of corporate culture,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for improvement,from the perspective of system design and staff behavior norms,to promote a good corporate culture construction.This study has an important positive significance for the healthy development of corporate culture construction of village banks in YZ,and provides a reference for how to improve the cultural construction of village banks.
