Study On The Satisfaction Level Of Public Transport Passengers At Dalian Station Based On Structural Equation

In recent years,under the background of the in-depth development of railway network,the state has issued a number of policies,requiring further improving the effective connection between existing railways and new railways and public transportation,and strengthening the connection efficiency and coordination.At the same time,with the increasing demand of passengers for travel quality,the connection between stations and public transportation has gradually become the focus of social attention.Exploring the passenger satisfaction in the connection process can further clarify the deficiencies and problems of the station connection to public transportation,which is conducive to improve the overall satisfaction of passenger travel and refine the urban traffic reasonably.This paper is a study on the satisfaction level of connecting passengers in Dalian Station.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,the influencing factors of connecting passenger satisfaction are divided into five dimensions,and the theoretical model of the structural equation of connecting passenger satisfaction in Dalian Station is constructed.The questionnaire is designed and the Likert scale is used to quantify the data.The reasonable situation of the questionnaire is tested through pre-investigation,and the initial questionnaire is corrected according to the feedback and data results and is issued again.After doing descriptive statistical analysis,validity test,model fit test and validation,and on the basis of the inspection through the structural equation analysis,the study shows that: The passengers satisfaction influencing factors of Dalian station and buses shuttle is sorted by rapidity>convenience> security> comfort> tangibility,And convenience> rapidity> security> comfort>tangibility is for Dalian station and subways,Which means improving rapidity and convenience influence more to Dalian station connecting public transport passenger satisfaction.According to the passenger satisfaction score,the passenger satisfaction score of connecting subways is slightly higher than that of connecting buses.According to the analysis results,This paper gives targeted improvement advises to relevant departments for reference,so as to improve passengers satisfaction in the process of connection.
