Most cities in China are experiencing rapid urbanization process, population growth and the dispersion of people’s activity places and activities, which leads to the increase of personal demand for mobile transportation and makes individuals more dependent on mobile transportation. In 2019,the number of online ride-hailing users has exceeded 300 million to340 million, which greatly meets the personal demand for mobile transportation. However,as the demand increases, there will be bad passenger experience and other conditions, which hinder the development of online ride-hailing industry.Only by ensuring high service quality, can we obtain high service quality evaluation and attract more potential users. And according to previous research, satisfaction in a particular area can affect life satisfaction. At the same time, population factors will also play an important role in the research. To this end,the residents in four business districts of xi ’an road, gaoxin wanda, qingniwa bridge and south China square in dalian were randomly sampled.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,a structural equation model of online ride-hailing passenger satisfaction and life satisfaction is constructed. In this paper,a qualitative and quantitative approach is adopted to analyze the passenger satisfaction and its impact on life satisfaction in the process of taking online ride-hailing from three aspects: operation service, safety and social external influence. The multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze how gender differences affect passenger satisfaction and life satisfaction. However,in the case of gender analysis, some undetectable variables in the data are often ignored. Therefore, through the construction of potential category model, some basic demographic characteristics are classified and the corresponding population characteristics are analyzed in detail. Then, the multi-group structural equation model was constructed to analyze the relationship between the operation service, safety, social external influence, passenger satisfaction and life satisfaction of different groups in more detail. The main conclusions are as follows:For passenger satisfaction, the importance of each potential variable is : operating services > social external influence > safety. For life satisfaction, the importance of each potential variable is as follows: Passenger satisfaction >online ride-hailing service > safety >social external influence. The relationship between the latent variables of male and female presented a consistent rule and no obvious difference. But things like safety, social external influence, and online ride-hailing services are different. The model is used to subdivide the users of online car-hailing into five categories: young people with higher socio-economic status, young people with lower socio-economic status,middle-aged people with average socio-economic status,middle-aged people with high socio-economic status and middle-aged people with low economic status. The influence of the latent variables of different socio-economic status groups on passenger satisfaction is obviously different.Passenger satisfaction is an important factor in life satisfaction for both young people with low socio-economic status and middle-aged people with average socioeconomic status. |
