In recent years,with the sustainable development of global economy,the competition between enterprises become increasingly tense situation,the enterprise managers through constant innovation to adapt to the current environment of economic development,financial management plays an important role in enterprise management,the traditional financial management mode is difficult to meet the demand of modern enterprise management,and gradually replaced.Financial sharing center is popular among enterprises with its new management mode and significant advantages.At present,many domestic enterprises have launched financial sharing centers,but they have different effects in construction,design,implementation and operation.In addition,with the expansion of enterprise scale and the rapid development of information technology,the construction and optimization of financial sharing center has put forward higher requirements,and the financial sharing center is also facing many problems in practice,so it needs to continue to optimize and improve.How to optimize the financial sharing center combined with the characteristics of enterprises,to maximize its role and function,become the focus of many enterprises.In this paper,the case study of a machinery manufacturing company financial sharing center is taken as the case study.Combined with the relevant theoretical research documents of financial sharing at home and abroad,the method of combining literature and case study is adopted to analyze the operation status of the Financial Sharing Center of HR Heavy Industry Group Company from multiple dimensions.Summarize the existing problems: unreasonable organizational structure,low efficiency of system process,comprehensive budget not included in the financial sharing system and low staff enthusiasm.On this basis,the root causes of the above problems are analyzed and specific optimization countermeasures and suggestions are given according to the characteristics of the enterprise: improve the organizational structure according to the financial strategic objectives;Link front-end business with information technology to promote the integration of industry and finance;Form a comprehensive budget and financial sharing system integration;Promote staff to management accounting transformation,optimize the assessment system.This paper discusses and studies the operation of Financial Sharing Center of HR Heavy Industry Group in order to play a substantial optimization role and improve the level of financial management.At the same time,it is expected to provide some reference and reference value for other manufacturing or similar enterprises in optimizing financial sharing center.
