In recent years,under the background of economic globalization,market competition has become increasingly fierce.Especially in recent years,due to the impact of the COVID-19,more and more enterprises prefer financial sharing service center with good cost control.However,the blind establishment of financial sharing service center will reduce the effectiveness for enterprise financial management,and even affect the normal operation of the enterprise.Therefore,a sound performance evaluation system is particularly important for the good operation of the financial sharing service center.This thesis mainly adopts the case analysis method and takes the financial sharing service center of M Company as the research object.This thesis first introduces the basic information of M Company and explains the organizational structure,business process,system and other aspects of the financial sharing service center of M Company.At the same time,the performance evaluation system is established through the balanced scorecard method,and the operation of the financial sharing service center of M Company is analyzed from the four dimensions of finance,internal process,customer,learning and growth.The results show that the financial integration degree of M Company’s financial sharing service center is still not deep enough,the internal management system needs to be optimized,and the staff team construction needs to be improved.In view of the shortcomings of the financial sharing service center of M company,suggestions are given to improve the performance appraisal system,expand the depth of the integration of industry and finance,optimize the internal management process and strengthen the construction of the staff team,so as to make the financial sharing service center give full play to its maximum efficiency.The focus of this thesis is to analyze the performance of the financial sharing service center of M Company from the four dimensions of balanced scorecard.
