| With the diversified business development of large group companies,their labor costs and financial management pressure have increased significantly,and the demand for financial data to support management decision-making continues to increase.A new model of shared finance.After more than 30 years,the first round of corporate financial model transformation based on the financial sharing center has better alleviated the problems of difficult financial data flow and high financial construction costs,but it still exists in terms of organizational structure,business model,human resources,etc.disadvantages.With the iteration of digital technology,the second upgrade of the financial sharing center will inject new vitality into the digital transformation of corporate finance.Most of the existing research focuses on the construction mode and construction path of the enterprise financial sharing center,and the upgrading and reconstruction of the enterprise financial sharing center have not been studied or discussed.In terms of research methods,most studies use case analysis,combined with SWOT theory to provide strategic support,and few scholars use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the digital transformation of corporate finance and the construction practice of corporate financial sharing centers.This paper takes the financial digital transformation practice of a large domestic state-owned enterprise group company as an example.While analyzing its construction background,construction process,planning function and development status,it analyzes the data collected through questionnaire surveys,combined with the theory of business-financial integration and system management.Based on the difficulties and advantages faced by the second digital transformation of the financial sharing center,the SWOT theory is used to sort out and analyze the cases,and finally adopt the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to provide strategic support.It tries to provide theoretical advice and practical reference for the financial digital transformation of similar large group companies in my country by combining theory and practice.The research believes that the financial digital transformation of group companies has been endowed with new connotations under the new technological background—the management and value creation of financial data,the use of standardized data to support business decision analysis,and the secondary digital transformation based on the financial sharing center.It is important to carry out overall planning and top-level design with systematic thinking.The first task is to clarify and establish data standards and a long-term mechanism that can make this standard work.This is the essential difference between the two generations of system construction;In the stage of iterating and introducing new technical tools,there is still the phenomenon of digital formalism.It is necessary to avoid waste of human resources due to decision-making mistakes,thereby reducing the enthusiasm of personnel to work. |
