The development strategy of "Healthy China 2030" has drawn mental health issues into the public’s vision.With the rapid spread of Internet information,there is no shortage of heated discussions on mental illness in recent years.However,the particularity of early mental illness often fails to attract people’s attention.So how to effectively intervene against early social terrorism acts is the focus of this thesis.This thesis mainly includes theoretical research,design methods,user research,design practice and user experience five parts.Firstly,in the theoretical research stage,the advantages and disadvantages of theories related to behavior change and behavior induction are analyzed and compared.Combined with the development trend of behavior change theories,the three-way interaction model in social cognition theory is the main one,and the "prompt" in Fogg behavior model is the auxiliary one,the social terrorism behavior intervention model is analyzed and constructed.Secondly,in the design method stage,INPD method is adopted to study the user-centered design of entertainment products that interfere with social terrorism behavior from four stages:identifying opportunities,understanding opportunities,conceptualizing opportunities and realizing opportunities.Thirdly,in the stage of user investigation,questionnaire and interview were used to understand users’ social terrorism situation,and Likert scale was used to evaluate the theoretical model of social terrorism intervention,and the obtained data was imported into SPSS software for reliability analysis.Then,according to the behavioral motivation,self-efficacy,improvement experience and environmental requirements of the interviewees,three types of typical users were divided into "ready to change","intention to change" and "stimulus to change",so as to fully understand the product design opportunities to guide behavior change.Fourthly,in the design practice stage,on the basis of the theoretical model of the intervention of social terrorism behavior,the product design function conception matrix is established,and the product design scheme is defined by the expert scoring method,so as to realize the design of entertainment products that guide users to change social terrorism behavior.Finally,users are invited to experience the corrugated thesis model and interactive interface.The experimental results show that the design of social terrorism crowd entertainment products based on behavior change theory is reasonable and effective for social terrorism behavior intervention.This thesis applies the theory of behavior change to the product design,and develops an entertainment product based on the INPD method to intervene in social phobia behavior,so that users can integrate into the social environment in the entertainment atmosphere and actively communicate with others,so as to improve the purpose of social phobia.
