| At present,the rate of myopia among teenagers is constantly rising,showing a trend of younger and more severe in China.Cycloplegia is a necessary link in children’s optometry.Cycloplegia caused by photophobia,near blurred vision and other adjustment problems bing great inconvenience to patients’ lives.For this purpose a kind of infrared retinascopy device was developed to avoid cycloplegia.On the other hand,the relationship between spectrum and myopia is a hot topic in current academic research.Based on a large number of literature investigations,this paper proposes the hypothesis that adding a certain dose of deep red and near infrared light can delay the progression of myopia,so the sunlight-like lamp is made for test verification.The research results obtained in this project are as follows:The core technology of non-cycloplegic infrared retinascopy is that the emitted light is parallel infrared light with width of 2~18 mm and adjustable axial position of360°.Matching infrared camera system and no damage to the darkroom of the micro vision system;The corresponding isolating power supply is developed.The central wavelength of the infrared retinascopy is 850 nm,the operating voltage is 5 V,and the current is 30 m A.Laser safety meets relevant standards.A simple irradiance meter was made to analyze the safety of light intensity,and the irradiance of the infrared retinascopy detector on the cornea is about 10 times lower than that of the conventional retinascopy.Optometry was performed on simulated eyes with a range of refractive values,and the conventional results were taken as the true values.The correction formula of infrared optometry at 850 nm was obtained: true refractive value = actual infrared retinascopy result-0.25D;Finally,non-cycloplegic optometry was performed on adult eyes in the dark environment.The results showed that compared with conventional retinascopy,infrared retinascopy refraction was easier to observe shadow motion,higher efficiency,and better accuracy under non-cycloplegic optometry.The sunlight-like lamp has good compliance and is safe and reliable.The deep red and near-infrared light can reach the fundus directly by looking directly at the sunlight-like lamp with eyes closed.The axial length growth rate before and after the user was compared,the results showed that in 24 subjects,closing eyes and irradiating sun-feeding lamps for 10-30 minutes a day could effectively delay the growth of axial length(p<0.05),that is,a daily supplement of a certain amount of dark red and near infrared light can delay the progression of myopia. |
