With the continuous increase of electric energy demand and the rapid development of the power grid,the number and scale of electric power construction projects are increasing,and requirements for the quality of power construction projects are getting higher and higher in our country.Transmission line project acceptance is the key link to check the quality of transmission line project,and it is also a main condition to decide whether the project can be put into operation.The owner is mainly responsible for the acceptance of transmission line,and the improvement of the quality of acceptance work on the transmission line project is of great significance to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid equipment when put into operation.While in recent years,as the number of T-grid transmission line projects has increased significantly,the quality declines a lot,so there is an urgent need to improve the quality of acceptance of transmission line projects.First,this thesis analyzes the acceptance of T-grid transmission line projects and summarizes the main problems which affect the quality of acceptance from the perspective of owner.Then,by using FMEA method,it finds out the failure modes that affect the quality of the acceptance entities of the T-grid transmission line project,and through expert scoring,the risk value of each failure mode and its risk level are decided.Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to establish a model for the hierarchical analysis of the quality of acceptance entities of T-grid transmission line projects,construct a system to evaluate the quality risks and propose universal acceptance measures.Finally,the acceptance of the N85-N124 construction section of the Quyang ~ Lutai II 500 k V transmission line project is used as a case of application analysis to obtain the weight of quality risk of each equipment component on the project acceptance entity.The equipment components with higher quality risk are identified and taken as the key point of the acceptance.This thesis develops organizational measures and management measures for the acceptance of the failure mode of the high-risk level.Through the evaluation of the failure modes and quality risks on the acceptance entities of the T-grid transmission line project,this thesis identifies equipment components with higher quality risks and develops targeted acceptance measures for them to improve the quality of acceptance of T-grid transmission line projects.
