Research On Risk Management Inconstruction Of Transmission Line Project

With the sustained and rapid development of national economy,the construction scale of power grid project is becoming larger and larger.Transmission line projects have many features,including complex construction conditions,large mobility,separately working units in construction site,etc.Various risks may be faced in the construction process.It is the core problem in the project management of transmission line to reduce and avoid the impact degree of risks.In this study,the construction of transmission line project is combined with the risk management.Based on the two aspects of internal and external risks in the construction of transmission line project,the risks can be divided to material and equipment risk,construction safety risk,technical risk,management risk,organizing risk,planning risk,economic risk,government behavior risk and environmental risk.An applicable risk assessment model of the construction of transmission line project is built by analyzing literatures and questionnaire,and then general countermeasures is put forward to the risk factors in the index system,based on which the case analysis is carried on.Finally,the Yingfeng-huanbao Yuan 220 kV transmission line project is selected as the research object to do the case analysis.The risk evaluation of transmission line project is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the risk grade is obtained.From the perspective of the case itself,response solutions of high and medium risks are proposed.In this study,a risk assessment model of the construction of transmission line project is built,and a standard method of risk recognition and analysis for the construction of transmission line project is formed,which could play an important directive role in the risk management of the practical construction of transmission line project.
