The adaptability and flexibility of modern enterprise are higher than any previous period.In many situations,the traditional employment mode in the past has not adapted to the rapidly changing market environment.Therefore,it objectively promotes the derivation and development of the domestic labor outsourcing market.“Labor Dispatch”,a new type of employment,is increasingly recognized by all kinds of enterprises because of its high flexibility,low management cost and easy to avoid employment risks.The employment form of manufacturing enterprises is no longer single,the combination of formal employment and labor dispatch makes enterprises grasp more flexibility and initiative in the deployment of labor resources.The gap between dispatched workers and regular employees in task allocation,equal pay for equal work,social welfare and many other aspects is gradually narrowing,it still exists and obvious.Workplace ostracism and other phenomena affect the narrowing of the distance between the two types of employees and exacerbate the increase of enterprise management costs,the problems existing in the dispatch workers have seriously affected the normal production and operation of the company.Generally speaking,salary related peripheral welfare measures are easier to implement and control,while workplace ostracism is more affected by subjective factors related to “people”,which is relatively difficult to balance.Based on the Exchange Theory,this paper explores the significant factors affecting Workplace Ostracism from the perspective of Self-Efficacy,Belonging Needs and Leader-Member Exchange Relationship.The empirical research show that Self-Efficacy,Belonging Needs and Leader-Member Exchange relationship are significantly correlated with Workplace Ostracism.Based on the research results on the significant influencing factors of Workplace Ostracism for dispatched workers,this paper puts forward targeted improvement management suggestions,which has practical guiding significance for the management on dispatched workers and overall production and operation management of J company.
