With the continuous development and change of the market economy,the flexible employment mode is more and more welcomed by enterprises,especially the labor dispatch employment mode,which began to become one of the employment forms of state-owned enterprises.As a large state-owned enterprise,labor dispatch has become an important employment strategy for the national railway to achieve the organizational strategic objectives.Enterprise Y is one of the subordinate enterprises of a railway bureau group company in the West(In view of the sensitivity of relevant policies and management,this paper refers to such enterprises as "Y enterprise"),In recent years,the enterprise has been developing and growing,and labor dispatch workers have become the main human resources composition of Y enterprise.With the increasing proportion of labor dispatch,there are many problems,such as unreasonable employment structure,high turnover rate,unstable enterprise production and so on.These problems lead to the increase of enterprise human cost,the increase of management difficulty and the decrease of production efficiency.Studying and solving these problems has important theoretical significance and practical value for optimizing the employment structure of enterprises,perfecting the employment mode of labor dispatch and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the labor dispatch employment mode,taking the labor dispatch employment mode of Y enterprise as the research object,this paper combs and analyzes the general situation and management status of labor dispatch employment of Y enterprise,and analyzes the problems and causes existing in the labor dispatch employment and management practice of Y enterprise,such as unreasonable employment structure,high turnover rate,non-standard labor dispatch mode,low sense of belonging of employees,such as high proportion of labor dispatch workers Imperfect salary system and limited space for career development.Using the relevant theories and methods of labor dispatch and human resource management,this paper studies the optimization strategy of labor dispatch employment mode of Y enterprise,and meets the employment demand,reduces the employment cost,optimizes the human resource structure,improves the enterprise benefit and realizes the enterprise strategic development goal through specific strategies such as reasonable employment structure,improving the management system,improving salary incentive measures,planning the career development channel and improving the enterprise culture.It is hoped that through the research on the labor dispatch employment mode of Y enterprise,this paper can find valuable and innovative ideas and practices in the labor dispatch employment management,provide reference for the human resource management of other railway enterprises,help railway enterprises standardize the labor dispatch employment management,and promote the deepening reform and long-term development of enterprises.
