| At the same time of China’s social and economic development,the market competition has become increasingly fierce and complex,and the employment mode of units has also undergone obvious changes.For example,many enterprises and public institutions have chosen the labor dispatch mode,and this mode has obvious advantages compared with the traditional mode.In recent years,the proportion of labor dispatch employees has been increasing:how to adopt scientific and reasonable incentive measures for dispatching employees,It is the main task that unit of choose and employ persons faces at present to fully mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative.As a strong state-owned wind power development enterprise in the city,SF Company employs more than 400 labor dispatch employees to reduce costs,fully mobilize and stimulate the potential and enthusiasm of labor dispatch employees:It is of great significance to improve the performance of how to effectively mobilize the work initiative and enthusiasm of SF employees.This paper first determines the concepts and theories related to incentive and labor dispatch staff,and combs and summarizes the existing relevant research results,which lays an important theoretical foundation for the later research,this paper collected information and data related to the case enterprise incentive measures by means of questionnaire survey and interview with SF dispatching employees.Then,statistical analysis was used to make an in-depth analysis of the collected questionnaires and it was found that the dispatched workers of SF company were mainly faced with the following problems:first:the salary and welfare treatment of employees was not fair;Second,the employee’s performance appraisal system is unreasonable;Third,the staff’s career development channel is not smooth;Fourth,employees lack a sense of belonging to the company.Finally,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems respectively,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement measures:first,according to the existing legal provisions to achieve "distribution according to work,equal pay for equal work";Second,improve the performance appraisal method,effectively mobilize the work initiative of labor dispatch workers;Third,pay attention to the career development planning of labor dispatch employees;Fourth effectively combine enterprise development with employee development to enhance the sense of belonging of employees.SF company can provide effective incentives to dispatched workers,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of dispatched workers.At the same time,it also provides some reference for similar enterprises to encourage the dispatching employees,it is hoped that SOEs can achieve better development. |
