After nearly 30 years of development,a domestic legal system on labor dispatch has been formed.For example,in March 2014,the state officially announced the "Interim Regulations on Labor Dispatch" to restrict the labor dispatch of enterprises.In the context of the continuous development of my country’s labor market,labor dispatch,a highly flexible development model,has gradually been applied to all walks of life.However,due to the current development environment of labor dispatch,many construction companies are developing by feeling the stones.The situation and management level are uneven and have great differences.Therefore,the application of labor dispatch in construction enterprises is prone to disputes,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes ZT construction enterprises as the main research object,collects relevant research materials on enterprise labor dispatch management at home and abroad through the literature research method,and uses personal interviews to interview the personnel in charge of ZT construction enterprises’ labor dispatch and employment,and obtain information from ZT construction enterprises.Data information related to labor dispatch employment management.At the same time,the author also conducted a systematic survey on the labor dispatch employees of ZT construction enterprises by means of questionnaires.Based on the above situation,the author summarizes the current situation of labor dispatch in ZT construction enterprises,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of labor dispatch in combination with the development goals of labor dispatch and related theories,so as to put forward development countermeasures.Finally,through the investigation,it can be seen that at this stage,there are problems such as unequal pay for equal work and training management needs to be strengthened in the labor dispatch of ZT construction enterprises.closely related.Based on this,this paper puts forward many development team rules including optimizing the employment structure of enterprises,hoping to serve as a reference for the follow-up development of ZT construction enterprises,especially the standardized management of labor dispatch.
