| At present,market competition in the dredging industry is under increasing pressure,and dredging companies’ requirements for project management are also increasing.In order to win the competition,the standardization management method has gradually become the necessary choice for dredging companies to raise their project management level.However,with the continuous advancement of the standardization construction of dredging projects,due to the lack of corresponding assessments,the implementation effects of project standardization management are uneven.Therefore,an appropriate evaluation system should be established for comprehensive evaluation of its implementation effects,so as to help enterprises to intuitively conduct quantitative evaluations and improve project management capabilities.This thesis analyzed the current status of domestic and foreign research and related theoretical methods,so as to clarify the principles of evaluation index selection and evaluation methods.Firstly,through literature retrieval and expert interview,the evaluation indicators that affect the standardization management of dredging engineering projects were identified,and 27 primary indicators were extracted.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey,statistical analysis was carried out to complete the index screening,and a standardization management evaluation system for dredging engineering projects that includes 4 firstly indicators and 25 secondary indicators was constructed.Then,each indicator was empowered by using the questionnaire survey and the AHP analysis methods.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation method was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation model,and by applying the evaluation model to the TH dredging project,the result showed that the model is effective.The research results of this thesis show that among the various secondary indicators,the indicators such as "Safety and environmental protection management system","Staffing","Civilized construction site","Safety environmental protection and emergency management" account for the largest proportion of the corresponding primary indicators.This can provide reference for the project managers to grasp the main factors and key links in the process of standardization management and construction of dredging projects.The evaluation system constructed in this thesis uses both subjective and objective evaluation methods to establish a relatively reasonable comprehensive evaluation analysis model,which can provide a basis for the dredging industry to carry out engineering project standardization management evaluation and improvement research. |
